This hotel was a great find! I loved how close it was to the transportation options, such as the metro and the train station. The hotel facilities were also very clean and provided everything I needed for my stay. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with any questions I had, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommend staying here!

No negatives from this hotel. I enjoyed my stay here very much and had an overall great experience.

-Very good cost performance ratio- nice breakfast buffet (Asian and Continental)- very comfortable beds- large room space-friendly helpful staff,10 minutes walking distance to new metro station "Hongshan"

Its definetely not 5 Star, max 4 Star, no soundproof windows, no soundproof walls, Chinese restaurant and indooor pool still not open yet,- communication with hotel staff or management a bit difficult, they just have basic knowledge in English ( again: but very very firnedly and helpful)-

It's not 5 star hotel. The organization it's terrible. The hall too little. The food in the restorant are not so good, no big choose, and if you arrive late it's all finished.

Located in a convenient area close to the train station, this hotel offers comfortable rooms and friendly service. the spacious rooms feature open views and good layout, with a high level of security. Guests can enjoy a variety of breakfast choices with a coffee machine, while the front reception staff is efficient and welcoming.

Some facilities such as the A/C system, the wifi, and the sofa smell require improvements.

I liked the very comfy bed.

The location was not as convienent as the website suggested. The lack of resturants was also a let down.

All was good, but unfortunately there was an empty minibar in the room and no bathrobe.... Moreover it was not possible to order food and every channel in tv was in Chinese. We even asked if it is possible to rent a DVD player, but they couldn't help us.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location near the railway station was perfect for our needs, making it convenient to travel around. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free breakfast, which had a great selection of delicious options to choose from.

The Hotel is beutifule and the rooms are very big. The hotel staff is also very althought the English is poor.

The Internet is terrible although it is free.

The hotel is brand new (still testing?), the rooms are very spacious and comfortable with al modern facilities like internet. The price was very low so great value for money. Personal was very helpfull, service oriented and trying their best.

The restaurant was not bad but not up to the suggested standard. Find a bakery for some real bread and don't steam everything... The location is not great but I am not sure if there are great locations in Shenzen....

We went to this hotel to be close to the safari park and it's took us 20 min driving...

This is not 5 stars hotel!! The staff is very nice and try his best but they don't know English.... The room was nice and big but with mustiness smell....

The hotel location was very convenient, close to the public transportation and a great restaurant nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and beyond. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-ventilated.

One of the main disappointments was the air conditioning, which did not cool the room adequately. , the elevators were very slow and not up to the standards of other hotels.
